Medi-Cal Insurance:

We are committed to expanding our relationships with medical insurers to serve as many families as possible. Currently, we have contractual relationships with:

• San Francisco Health Plan

• Alameda Alliance

• Central California Alliance for Health

• Contra Costa Health Plan

• Partnership Health Plan

Please note that appointments at ACNC covered through insurance authorizations can be scheduled only after we have received the authorization letter.

Private Pay: ACNC accepts private pay clients. Typical costs vary by program. Please contact our Director of Finance, Farzana Fakhry via email at [email protected] for more information regarding estimates.

Out-of-Network Insurance Reimbursement: If you wish to seek reimbursement from your medical insurer, we will provide you with an itemized statement upon request. We recommend that you contact your medical insurance provider ahead of time to verify that your benefits will cover an appointment at ACNC.

Referral From A Regional Center:

Children who are already clients of a California Regional Center may be eligible for services at ACNC if referred by their case worker. Please contact your family’s Regional Center case worker for more information.
